Debt Negotiation, commonly referred to as Debt Settlement or Debt Elimination, is a service that more and more people are leaning toward as they fall deeper and deeper into debt. Once you sign up for our Debt Negotiation Program you stop making payments to your creditors (if you were making payments), or if you have a lump sum (any total of money available), we contact your creditors from day one and negotiate settlements as quickly as possible. It generally takes from 3 to 6 or sometimes more months of delinquency on your accounts to maximize the savings on your accounts, and while we want to get the settlements done as quickly as possible for you, we also want to save you as much money as possible. While settlements can be above or below the average, most settlements we see daily are on the range of paying back to your creditors 30 to 50 cents on the dollar, or as we say, save up to 70%*
