The Debt Negotiation process starts immediately and your debts are then analyzed to provide you with the correct debt management process you need to repair your credit and to avoid bankruptcy.

The first thing we do to start your debt reduction process is to contact your creditors from day one. We settle the accounts as quickly as possible for the greatest savings based on your funds. As each settlement is pending, we e-mail and call you for your approval. Then we settle each account until all of your debts are taken care of without the need to ever file bankruptcy.

You can create an account, or we can do it for you, so you can set aside funds, preferably this last option would work better, this way you won't start mixing your personal money with the funds that will be used to settle your debts . The process works where we are negotiating to make the settlements plus the commission fit the money being set aside monthly (or if a lump sum , the money available), as best as possible. As each settlement is pending, we email you the details and call for your approval.

You then send us via fax a copy of your checks, made payable to the creditor for the amount of the settlement and for the commission. You write the checks out of your set aside funds.
